项目要点：
上外英语语言文学专业笔译、口译方向和翻译专业硕士研究生（年级不限），平均绩点3.0以上，经院系和导师推荐，可提出申请，参加对方硕士二年级入学考试（second-year entrance exam）。2015年被录取者可获得奖学金，奖学金每年不低于10,000美元，2016年是否继续执行，尚在确认中，待确定后，在后续通知告知。一年内修满规定学分（30个学分）并符合蒙特雷学位授予相关要求者可获得蒙特雷相应硕士学位。学生返回上外后，完成学位论文，并符合上外学位授予相关要求，可获得上外硕士学位。
本项目所涉及的蒙特雷硕士学位有：
MA in Translation (must pass translation exams into both directions)
MA in Translation/Localization Management (must pass translation exam from English into Chinese and have previous business coursework)
MA in Conference Interpretation (must pass exams in translation, consecutive and simultaneous interpretation into both directions)
报名事项：
申请此项目的学生请于2016年4月8日17:00前发送电子申请表（请见附件）至yanbupeiyangban@126.com；为方便邮件自动分拣，请务必按照以下格式署清邮件主题：“2016蒙特雷+[笔译/本地化/口译中选一]+姓名+学号”，如：2016蒙特雷+口译+张三+0143700777。
申请此项目的学生必须参加蒙特雷在北京（ China International Publish Group）或广州（Guangdong University of Foreign Studies）举行的入学考试，请务必在报名表中选择参加考试的地点。考试形式为笔译、口译。2016年入学考试初步定于4月30日，具体的考试时间安排以及考试形式等，将在我校研究生部网站上通知（http://graduate.shisu.edu.cn/ ），请申报学生密切关注。
以下是蒙特雷方面的建议，请各位申请人务必关注：
Monterey Advance Entry examinations：The exam date will be Saturday, April 30, 2016.
The candidates are supposed to have all of the applications material ready to send to the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey (MIIS) by the June 1, 2016 deadline. This includes TOEFL or IELTS scores, statement of purpose and resume.Students who do not have their materials ready for submission will not be considered for enrollment.
Additional information for the translation exams:
1.Both glossaries and dictionaries may be used during the exams.
2.A paper copy of the exam should be given to each examinee. This avoids the temptation of using translation systems.
3.Students must use a laptop (computer) to take the translation exams, as this is the only way to upload the completed exam to the testing site.
MIIS enrollment managers will begin notifying qualified applicants beginning May 23, 2016. Only those applicants that pass the advanced entry exams will be notified.These applicants must then, immediately, submit all of their application materials. Applications must be complete by June 1, 2016 for consideration.Any late applications will not be considered.

特别说明：
根据国家留学基金委《关于创新型人才国际合作培养项目2016年获资助项目的函》（留金美[2015]7642号），我校《多语种组合专业翻译高端人才培养创新项目》获批立项，其中有2个名额用于资助赴蒙特雷国际研究院攻读本通知中的学位项目学生（注：仅限2016年9月份仍然在读的硕士研究生），1名为英语学院英语语言文学专业硕士生，1名为高级翻译学院翻译或翻译学专业硕士生。
凡在蒙特雷国际研究院组织的本次入学考试中，分获英语学院和高级翻译学院参加考试的学生中的第一名者，有资格申报国家留学基金委项目。如通过国家留学基金委评审，即可获得赴蒙特雷国际研究院攻读学位的一年生活费和一次往返旅费资助。
